Our president, Y. Ito has more than 20 years of marketing management experiences at world-well-known corporations such as Johnson & Johnson, British Airways, Swatch and was a president of a joint venture among Universal, Paramount and JVC in Japan.
He was involved in introducing U.S.-based franchise in Japan, setting up a joint venture between Asian and Japanese companies and marketing assessments in various industrial sectors as a management consultant. He also is a professor of Japanese MBA program validated by the University of Wales in Tokyo and an officially registered management consultant for small-medium-sized enterprises at Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Our VP, Y. Tanaka has more more than 30 years sales and marketing management experience at Johnson & Johnson in Japan, and worked as a management consultant at Japan Management Association Consultant and a management advisor at U.S. corporation in Japan.
They are not only having in-depth business understanding, but also understanding similarities and differences between Japanese and Western cultures and business practices, which is critically important for any type of global business.
